Accreditation and filming permissions. Filming in Rwanda requires you to have permissions and accreditation from the Rwanda Media Commision and this has to be done before your arrival and shoot. Accreditation costs 100USD per person for foreign crews. The application and approval process can take about 4 to 7 working days if everything is done right.
